Covid Update – May 2021

MSS has continued to provide support and services throughout the pandemic with minimal affect to our service delivery and we continue to be fully operational.

We have now fully restored normal working procedures for Goods In and Quality Inspection, and will no longer be carrying out direct-from-supplier deliveries. We expect no further delays to supply, and every delivery will once again be subject to our normal in-house quality control measures. Support Engineers are now attending customer sites in response to Incidents/Fault Calls and planned work, subject to appropriate risk assessments.

We now in the first stages of our plan to return to normal office working. There will be a mix of staff on-site and home working for the next few months, however the office will be staffed during normal business hours from July 5th 2021. During the interim period we will continue a mix of an on-site team and remote working. We expect to return to fully staffed office working by September but will continue to monitor the situation and procede accordingly.

A number of precautionary working measures have been implemented to ensure the welfare of staff and any visitors to our offices. If you wish to visit us in person, please contact us prior to your visit so that we can advise you of any precautions and to arrange a suitable time/date.
