In a world of increased waste and environmental legislation the disposal and recycling of PC components, IT hardware and all types of redundant computer equipment has put growing pressure on companies to dispose of IT equipment in an environmentally friendly way.

Valuation
In response to this MSS have introduced MSS IT disposal services -
a disposal and recycling service designed to remove all of your redundant laptops, monitors, desktops, servers, storage units, telephone systems and all other types of netwroking equipment. The service ensures that all disposals are done in a safe, secure and environmentally sensitive way.

IT Asset Value Tracking
The only weapon you have against change is knowledge.MSS Asset Value Tracking service not only allows you to continuously see what you have, but more importantly, how much its worth. As part of our long-term commitment to our clients, MSS offers an Asset Value Tracking service. Following an initial inventory and valuation of our clients Datacentre assets, MSS will record and tag all listed equipment and provide a quarterly asset valuation based on current market values and climate.

In addition, we will carry out an annual inventory and ongoing quarterly valuations to update and amend the equipment list to ensure our clients always have an accurate idea of their Datacentre equipment and its value. This allows them to make informed decisions on technology refresh programmes as well make ongoing assessments on total cost of ownership (TCO) of their Datacentre assets
